Hygiene and household support reaches families in need

ADAM distributed hygiene supplies and essential household items to families identified through community committees as most at risk. Beneficiary lists were drawn up with those committees and shared locally so that selection could be reviewed and challenged.

Households receiving support were also offered places in ADAM’s skills and livelihood programmes, so that assistance leads towards an independent income rather than a repeat distribution.
